DJ Consequence is officially a member of Aristokrat Records team, Nucleus confirms.
The “OTID” star, who is signed to RG5 Music Management, has just inked a deal with one of Nigeria’s leading record labels.
After a successful release of the hit single “OTID” ft Dammy Krane and Ice Prince Zamani, DJ Consequence followed up with #OTIDTheMixtape and subsequently reopened Club Quilox, after a one-month break.
Talk of a DJ Consequence/Aristokrat Records deal has been floating around for weeks when the DJ tweeted a pic of the notable Nigerian icons with the caption “The Aristokrats”.
Speaking with Nucleus about the deal, DJ Consequence simply said “With Aristokrat, our turn-up will be different.”
“DJ Consequence is a superstar DJ and we are delighted to have him as one of us,” says Kayode Anibaba, the co-founder of Aristokrat Records.
CEO of RG5 Music Group, Wole Akeju, added that “DJ Consequence keeps you turned up with good music, and with Aristokrat you should know what to expect in a few months.”
